Guest Policy:
- Valid government-issued photo ID required at check-in (Passport, Aadhaar, Driving Licence, Voter ID accepted. PAN Card not accepted.)
- Guests below 18 years not permitted without a parent or guardian
- Unmarried couples — please note this is at the discretion of property management
- Visitors are not permitted inside apartments
- Smoking inside the apartment is strictly not allowed. Designated areas available.
- Alcohol consumption is permitted inside the apartment
- Private gatherings permitted with prior notice
- Pets are welcome — please inform us at the time of booking

Check-In & Check-Out:
- Check-in: 12:00 PM
- Check-out: 10:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out available subject to availability — please request in advance

Kitchen & Food:
- Full private kitchen access included
- Outside food welcome
- Food delivery available
- Non-vegetarian food permitted
- Grocery assistance available on request (grocery costs borne by guest)

Caretaker:
- Caretaker available on property from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM
- Available for housekeeping, cab bookings, local guidance, and general assistance

- Lift access to upper floors
