Reservations:
- All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Stay10
- A reservation is confirmed only upon receipt of written or WhatsApp confirmation from Stay10
- All guest details provided must be accurate and complete

Payments:
- Payment terms are as communicated at the time of booking
- Stay10 accepts credit/debit cards and UPI
- Rates are subject to applicable taxes

Liability:
- Stay10 is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay
- Stay10 is not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Intellectual Property:
- All content on stay10.com is the property of Stay10 Indore
- Reproduction or use of any content without written permission is prohibited

Governing Law:
- These terms are governed by the laws of India
- Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh
