Reservation Policy

Check-In & Check-Out:
- Check-in time: 12:00 PM
- Check-out time: 10:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out available on request, subject to availability. 
  Additional charges may apply.

ID Requirements:
- Valid government-issued photo ID mandatory at check-in
- Accepted: Passport, Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Voter ID
- Not accepted: PAN Card, Office ID, Non-government IDs

Booking Policy:
- All reservations are subject to availability
- Please carry the same card used for booking at the time of check-in
- Stay10 reserves the right to cancel reservations where fraudulent or incorrect activity is suspected

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation 15 or more days before check-in: Full refund
- Cancellation 7-14 days before check-in: 1 night tariff charged
- Cancellation within 7 days or no-show: 100% booking amount charged
- Refunds processed within 15 working days
- Note: Payment processing charges of approximately 5.7% deducted on refunds
- We will always endeavour to minimise cancellation charges wherever possible

Amendment Policy:
- Amendments treated as cancellation and rebooking
- Please inform us at least 7 days in advance for any changes
